HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our expanding team. This is a full-time, field-based role ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires

- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams

**Requirements:**

- Age up to 35 years

- Bachelor’s (BBA) or Master’s (MBA) degree required

- Must own a two-wheeler
