Job Title: HR Recruiter (1 Year Experience)

Location: Coimbatore

Salary: As per market standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Handle initial HR screening and shortlist suitable profiles
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding activities for selected candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sourcing methods and job portals
• Ability to join immediately
