Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for all organizational levels, including site-level employees and key operational roles. The candidate will handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and candidate documentation while maintaining compliance with company policies and delivering a positive candidate experience.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions, from requisition to onboarding.
- Draft job descriptions in coordination with department heads and post openings on job portals, social media, and company websites.
- Source candidates proactively through job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist candidates for final interviews.
2. Interview Coordination & Selection
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
- Participate in interviews and assist in decision-making processes.
3. Offer & Onboarding Management
- Prepare and communicate offer letters, manage salary negotiations, and track offer acceptance.
- Coordinate background verification, reference checks, and other pre-employment formalities.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires, including documentation and induction sessions.
4. Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare monthly recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and provide insights to management.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
5. Candidate Documentation
- Maintain candidate databases with all relevant details (resume, application forms, interview notes, assessments, and communications).
- Update recruitment trackers with candidate status at every stage of the hiring process.
- Ensure proper filing of pre-employment documents, including offer letters, acceptance letters, background check reports, and onboarding forms.
- Document feedback from interviews and assessments for future reference and decision-making.
- Generate regular recruitment reports on metrics such as candidate pipeline, interview outcomes, and joining status.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies regarding candidate information.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits or HR reviews related to recruitment and onboarding.
6. Candidate Experience & Compliance
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and ethical practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in automotive, EV, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working from office with a professional and proactive approach.
