Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete Non IT recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media channels.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets, databases, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job expectations.
  • Draft job descriptions and post openings across recruitment platforms.
  • Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding and other HR initiatives when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social channels.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
