Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Non IT recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain applicant tracking sheets, databases, and recruitment dashboards.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job expectations.
- Draft job descriptions and post openings across recruitment platforms.
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding and other HR initiatives when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social channels.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- Immediate joiners preferred
