We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to help build our team across healthcare, operations, admin, and support roles, while also assisting with general HR and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:-

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles (nurses, physicians, admin staff, operations staff, etc.).
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and meet recruitment targets.
  • Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and employee records management.
  • Support general HR tasks
  • Maintain recruitment and HR records, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Qualifications:-

  • Proven recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and healthcare licensing (DHA, MOH, HAAD) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle administrative and HR tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ready to join Immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
