We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to help build our team across healthcare, operations, admin, and support roles, while also assisting with general HR and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles (nurses, physicians, admin staff, operations staff, etc.).
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a great candidate experience.
- Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and meet recruitment targets.
- Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and employee records management.
- Support general HR tasks
- Maintain recruitment and HR records, reports, and dashboards.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Qualifications:-
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and healthcare licensing (DHA, MOH, HAAD) is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle administrative and HR tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
