HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and energetic HR professional to join our team who can manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (Job posting, screening, interview coordination)
• Conduct onboarding and induction for new hires
• Maintain employee attendance, leaves & HRMS updates
• Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing
• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Organize employee engagement activities
• Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
• Assist in performance management and appraisals
• Support exit formalities and Full & Final settlement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,537.35 - ₹30,447.49 per month
