HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter

Experience Required: Minimum 1-3 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Location : Remote / WFH

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates using various recruitment platforms and channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms Qualifications and

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in HR or related fields)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets
• A proactive mindset with a passion for talent acquisition
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Should have a personal Laptop and a WIFI at home .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
