Role: Full-Time HR Recruiter (Remote)

Focus: Full-cycle recruiting for Non-IT roles

Key Tasks

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source and screen candidates for Non-IT positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on needs.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Non-IT.
• Proven experience hiring effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with local Pakistani hiring best practices.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours:

12:00 PM - 08:00 PM (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
12:00 PM - 05:00 PM (SATURDAY)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
