Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations during the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Must have Recruitment Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
