Job Title: HR Recruiter – Non-IT Hiring(Bulk Hiring Expert)

Location: Remote(Work From Home)

Experience - 1 - 2 years

Industry: Recruitment / Staffing (Non-IT Sectors)

Education – Minimum HSC pass

Salary – Up to 8k + incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and passionate HR Recruiter to handle Non-IT hiring across various sectors such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, BFSI, Manufacturing, Logistics, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for mid to entry-level roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across industries.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and other innovative platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Generate daily/weekly reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Understand the client's hiring needs and deliver relevant profiles quickly.

Requirements:

• Knowledge about sourcing platforms like Workindia, Job hai, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in bulk/mass hiring.
• Experience hiring for Sales, Retail, or BFSI roles.
• Experience in Non-IT Hiring
