We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities and help build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to deliver top-quality talent within deadlines.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct resume screening and preliminary interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, etc.).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination.
  • Manage job postings across platforms to attract quality applicants.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
