We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with at least 1 year of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal references.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and hiring best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
