We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with at least 1 year of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of interview techniques and hiring best practices.
