HR Recruiter

About the Role -

DMart Foundation is hiring Female HR Recruiter to sources Teachers for their educational Initiatives in Municipal Schools in Mumbai and outside Mumbai. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of the job market, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and Management.

Key Responsibility:
Sourcing & Recruitment
1. Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
2. Build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
3. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Working Days:
Mon – Fri, 9:00 am – 6:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
