HR Recruiter

Job Overview:

Join our dynamic recruitment team as an HR Recruiter. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for clients across various industries. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, while ensuring excellent client and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels to find candidates; screen resumes and conduct interviews.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and placement.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Excel.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an HR firm.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
