Exciting Job Opening: Talent Acquisition Executive

We’re Hiring!
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across a variety of roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings across job portals, social media, and internal platforms
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate interview feedback and candidate communication
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Assist in organizing recruitment drives, campus hiring, and walk-ins
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.)
