Duties and Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for various positions across departments.
  • Identify hiring needs and job specifications in coordination with department heads.
  • Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

2. Selection & Interviewing

  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Assist in preparing interview questionnaires and evaluation forms.
  • Follow up with interview panels for timely feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
