HR Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Assist in onboarding and other HR activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
