Job Overview

Hotel Vivek is looking for an energetic and organized Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for various hotel departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to source and hire candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for all hotel departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and local networks
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Maintain candidate database and tracking sheets
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies
• Assist in onboarding and documentation for selected candidates
• Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
• 6 months–2 years of recruitment/HR experience (hospitality experience is a plus)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
