Job Description:
The Wellness Shop is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, target-driven, and capable of closing positions quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
• Hire for roles including Sales, Operations, Accounts, Marketing, and allied functions
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure quick closures and maintain recruitment timelines
• Manage candidate communication and offer follow-ups

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven recruitment experience across IT and Non-IT domains
• Strong hiring exposure to sales, operations, accounts, and marketing profiles
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period

Preferred:

• Experience in fast-growing startups or consumer brands
• Hands-on and closure-focused mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
