Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 3‐4 years of experience to support our talent acquisition function. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. This role requires someone who can handle multiple hiring demands, maintain employer branding, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer release, onboarding) for various levels (junior to mid‐level) across functions (manufacturing / pharma / quality / operations / admin etc.).
- Work closely with HR managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, campus hiring, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic / video interviews, assess candidate fit (skills, culture etc.).
- Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, manage offer negotiation and closure.
- Facilitate background verification, reference checks, and ensure documentation compliance.
- Maintain candidate database / ATS accurately; track metrics like time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, recruitment cost etc.
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing activities (posting job ads, social media presence, job fairs / campus drives).
- Assist in onboarding process: preparing job offers, orientation, joining formalities, ensuring a good candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR team on improving recruitment processes, implementing best practices, and keeping up with labor laws and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business / Science or relevant field. MBA / Post-Graduate in HR is a plus.
- 3-4 years’ experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, ideally in pharma / manufacturing / regulated environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), interpersonal skills, ability to interact with different stakeholders.
- Good negotiation skills, decision-making ability, ability to work under tight timelines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple roles in parallel.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for tracking metrics and reporting).
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best HR practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
