HR Recruiter

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for cybersecurity trainers, instructors, IT professionals, and support staff
• Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interview rounds
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Draft and post job descriptions across recruitment platforms
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
• Handle offer letters, onboarding documentation, and background verification
• Support HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives
• Stay updated on cybersecurity hiring trends and talent market insights

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
