- Manage full-cycle recruitment for cybersecurity trainers, instructors, IT professionals, and support staff
- Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interview rounds
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Draft and post job descriptions across recruitment platforms
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Handle offer letters, onboarding documentation, and background verification
- Support HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives
- Stay updated on cybersecurity hiring trends and talent market insights
