Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Posting: Post job ads on boards/social media; help find candidates.
  • Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, shortlist applicants.
  • Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage calendars, arrange logistics (background checks).
  • Candidate Management: Communicate with applicants, provide updates, ensure positive experience.
  • Admin: Maintain candidate databases, manage paperwork, send rejection/offer emails.
  • Events: Participate in recruiting events/job fairs.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: HR Intern, previous recruiting role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, team player.
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of recruitment practices and labor laws is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
