Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for various positions within the organization through headhunting, bulk hiring, campus hiring, and other methods.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role.
- Proven track record in successful talent acquisition and retention.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- To understand the Job Description for the allocated position.
- To gather data from various sources available and conduct the screening of the candidate for the desired profile and suitability for the company.
- Coordinate with the interviewer for the final round of the interview.
- To provide the received feedback to the recruitment head and take the necessary actions as suggested by them.
- To ensure interviews are conducted as per the defined process.
- To fill the position in the TAT and work accordingly to the target allocation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
