Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Source top talent for various positions within the organization through headhunting, bulk hiring, campus hiring, and other methods.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-10 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role.
  • Proven track record in successful talent acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • To understand the Job Description for the allocated position.
  • To gather data from various sources available and conduct the screening of the candidate for the desired profile and suitability for the company.
  • Coordinate with the interviewer for the final round of the interview.
  • To provide the received feedback to the recruitment head and take the necessary actions as suggested by them.
  • To ensure interviews are conducted as per the defined process.
  • To fill the position in the TAT and work accordingly to the target allocation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
