Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles including:
- Design, Production, Quality, Maintenance, CNC, Sales, Stores, and Support functions
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Shine, etc.), referrals, and social media
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and internal platforms
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate technical/HR rounds
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower plan
- Maintain and update recruitment MIS, tracker, and candidate database
- Coordinate with department heads to understand technical skill requirements
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and follow-ups till joining
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and processes
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing roles and skill sets
- Hands-on experience with job portals and bulk hiring
- Good understanding of interview coordination and selection processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR trackers
- Result-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
