HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles including:
• Design, Production, Quality, Maintenance, CNC, Sales, Stores, and Support functions
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Shine, etc.), referrals, and social media
• Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and internal platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate technical/HR rounds
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower plan
• Maintain and update recruitment MIS, tracker, and candidate database
• Coordinate with department heads to understand technical skill requirements
• Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and follow-ups till joining
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and processes

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing roles and skill sets
• Hands-on experience with job portals and bulk hiring
• Good understanding of interview coordination and selection processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR trackers
• Result-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
