Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience to join our HR team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should be skilled in end-to-end hiring and capable of closing positions efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers.
  • Handle offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Support HR operations and documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
