Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions
- Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual)
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate database
- Manage offer letters and support onboarding process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support HR activities such as attendance, documentation, and employee records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
