Roles and Responsibilities

Searching Candidates as per the requirement of Company, Handling End-End Sourcing activities of the Company at Pan India level, Scheduling Interviews and Following-up with candidates, Sourcing and Screening of candidates through Job Portals.

Full Life-Cycle Recruitment, Identifying the right tools Networking, Headhunting, Database, Job Portals as well as the target companies for sourcing of candidates as per clients guidelines.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
