Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Maintain recruitment data and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting for multiple positions
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to join immediately
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
