. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs.

- Draft and publish job postings on relevant platforms(job boards, social media, internal portals).

- Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final rounds.

- Maintain recruitment databases and generate hiring reports.

- Helping in basic HR work to Sr. Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
