Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our organization. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, factory, and support roles
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor partners
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Share regular hiring status reports and closures with management
- Ensure timely offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining coordination
- Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (corporate / FMCG / manufacturing preferred)
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions
- Good coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for hiring trackers
