Core Sourcing Duties
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases, maintaining talent pipelines for quick fills.
Craft compelling job descriptions highlighting role specifics, company culture, and growth opportunities to engage passionate applicants.
Post openings across platforms including social media and industry networks, optimizing for real estate roles like sales or project management.
Screening and Assessment
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit using aptitude tests.
Collaborate with hiring managers to shortlist candidates and provide feedback, ensuring high-quality matches.
Coordination and Closing
Schedule interviews, manage ATS for tracking, and negotiate offers including compensation and benefits.
Perform reference checks, background verifications, and support onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
Reporting and Strategy
Track metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to refine strategies and report to HR leadership.
Build employer branding through candidate engagement and relationships with agencies or real estate networks.
