Role Overview:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring creative, strategic, and operational talent for the advertising agency. This role focuses on building strong teams by identifying candidates who align with the agency’s culture, fast-paced environment, and creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for creative, client servicing, digital, media, and support roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Understand role requirements specific to advertising and marketing functions
  • Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
  • Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and labor regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in advertising, media, or creative industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to evaluate creative portfolios and role-specific competencies
  • Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and social media recruiting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
