Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support our growing IT sales team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for sales and technical positions, close coordination with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT sales and related roles
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
• Understand hiring requirements clearly from sales and technical managers
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
• Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to close positions on time

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Proven experience in recruiting for IT sales or IT services companies
• Good understanding of sales roles like Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Manager, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions at the same time
• Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
