Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a full-time onsite role based in Kalyan–Dombivli, ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented professionals to support organizational growth. You will work closely with hiring managers, build strong candidate relationships, negotiate offers, and maintain an accurate candidate database and MIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and hire talented professionals to meet organizational requirements
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding coordination
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS accurately

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (graduates with relevant experience are welcome)
• 1–1.5+ years of experience in staff recruitment is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
• Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
