Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an HR Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to human resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
HR Recruiter Duties:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates and facilitate the interview process.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training schedules.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in HR recruitment in interior fitout company in UAE.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
