Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation of new joiners.
  • Meet hiring targets and timelines.
  • Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, MBA (HR) preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools/ATS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
