Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new joiners.
- Meet hiring targets and timelines.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, MBA (HR) preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools/ATS.
