About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment responsibilities, from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring smooth onboarding. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and supporting business growth through timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.

· Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, etc.).

· Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and professional networks.

· Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, and assess candidate fit.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers, ensuring timely feedback.

· Manage the offer process including salary negotiation, release of offer letters, and documentation.

· Maintain and update recruitment trackers, daily reports, and MIS dashboards.

· Support bulk hiring, walk-ins, campus drives, and other hiring initiatives as needed.

· Ensure a smooth onboarding process and effective handover to HR Operations.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment (consultancy background preferred).

· Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple requirements, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

· Prior experience in mass/bulk hiring or field hiring will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
