Job Overview

Peak Performance Advisors is looking for a skilled and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions within defined timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment cycle for multiple roles across departments
• Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and candidate databases
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
• Ensure timely closures and achievement of recruitment targets
• Build and maintain a strong and active talent pipeline
• Support recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and hiring processes
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Experience working with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline
