HR Recruiter, 1+ yrs exp, Trivandrum/Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

● Post job vacancies on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.

● Actively source profiles from job portals and databases based on client requirements.

● Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills,and suitability.

● Schedule interviews and coordinate with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

● Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

● Support client recruitment needs by understanding job requirements and ensuring quality candidate submissions.

Salary: 10000-12500+Incentives
