HR - Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR - Recruiter to support our hiring activities. The ideal candidate will have basic to moderate experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting talent. This role is suitable for candidates with limited experience who are eager to grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Support onboarding activities and documentation
• Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least some experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
