JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the HR Director to develop modern, data-driven recruiting strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with organizational values.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
- Utilize modern sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, networking, and talent pipelines.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and workforce partners.
- Collaborate with HR Director on process improvements and workforce planning strategies.
- Stay current with labor market trends and recruiting best practices.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment for extended periods. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.
