Senior HR Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for local and overseas hiring requirements. The candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across multiple industries including construction, oil & gas, retail, logistics, and technical manpower experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and database searches
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and selection processes
• Manage local hiring and overseas recruitment activities
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Coordinate with operations and department heads for manpower planning
• Prepare job advertisements and recruitment campaigns
• Follow up with candidates regarding documentation, visa process, and joining formalities
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies within deadlines
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future requirements

Candidate with at at least 7+ Years of relevant experience only will be considered for this role.

Candidate who are currently residing in Al Khor location or ready to relocate will only be considered for this role.
