PTWL is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across blue-collar and white-collar positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE recruitment experience, excellent sourcing abilities, and the capability to support fast-paced hiring needs across multiple projects and departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and direct sourcing methods.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Actively source both blue-collar and white-collar candidates based on project requirements.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracking system.
  • Conduct market research on talent availability and salary benchmarks.

3. Interview Coordination & Selection

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess experience, skills, and suitability.
  • Collect and compile interview feedback from hiring managers.
  • Support reference checks and employment verification processes.

4. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Prepare offer letters in coordination with HR and management approvals.
  • Support salary negotiation within approved company structures.
  • Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.

5. Recruitment Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Prepare recruitment status reports and hiring progress updates.
  • Track key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment procedures and documentation standards.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with HR, operations, and project teams to understand manpower requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status and challenges.
  • Support workforce planning and urgent hiring requirements.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal departments and external recruitment partners.

7. Employer Branding Support

  • Assist in promoting job vacancies across multiple recruitment channels.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
  • Help improve company visibility in the UAE job market.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of UAE recruitment experience, preferably in construction, landscaping, MEP, or technical services industries.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS systems).
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
  • Familiarity with UAE labour market trends and hiring practices.
  • HR or recruitment certification is an advantage.
  • UAE Driving License is preferred.
