About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven HR Recruiter with strong experience in bulk hiring for BPO/Contact Center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for high-volume sourcing, screening, and onboarding for voice, non-voice, and blended processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements (voice, non-voice, chat, blended).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, campus hiring, and local recruitment drives.
• Conduct initial screening (telephonic/face-to-face) to assess communication skills and job fit.
• Schedule interviews with operations teams and coordinate assessment rounds.

2. Recruitment Operations

• Drive daily/weekly hiring targets to support business ramp-ups and attrition backfills.
• Organize and manage walk-in drives, recruitment events, and mass hiring activities.
• Ensure timely selection, offer rollout, and documentation collection.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,537.35 - ₹30,447.49 per month
