HR Recruiter- BPO Hiring

We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter with experience in BPO hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of customer support, telesales, and backend roles. Key Responsibilities: •Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO / call center roles. •Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultancies. •Conduct telephonic and face-to-face HR screening. •Schedule and coordinate interviews with operations team. •Manage bulk hiring and walk-in drives. •Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database. •Handle offer letters, salary negotiation, and joining follow-ups. •Ensure positions are closed within the given TAT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
