Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and local networks
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and follow up on candidate selection
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Ensure hiring targets are met within timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (industry experience preferred)
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in construction industry will be added Advantage.
- Must be good in sourcing the CVs from different platforms
