Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and local networks
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Schedule interviews and follow up on candidate selection
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Ensure hiring targets are met within timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (industry experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in construction industry will be added Advantage.
  • Must be good in sourcing the CVs from different platforms
