Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection)
- Post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other platforms
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct background and reference checks
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Prepare job offers and assist in onboarding new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates effectively
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
