HR RECRUITER - CONSTRUCTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection)
  • Post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other platforms
  • Source candidates through databases, job boards, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct background and reference checks
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Prepare job offers and assist in onboarding new employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess candidates effectively
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
