Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HR Operations
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Schedule interviews and maintain interview records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee files (physical and digital) as per company policy.
- Support performance management and probation confirmations.
Administration Duties
- Manage office administration activities and daily operational support.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
- Maintain attendance records, leave management, and staff movement tracking.
- Support payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and deductions.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Compliance & Coordination
- Assist in visa processing, insurance coordination, and employee documentation (if applicable).
- Coordinate with PRO, banks, and external agencies when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
- Support audits and internal HR reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in HR recruitment and administration.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
