HR Recruiter - Dubai Real Estate Experience

We are seeking an experienced full-time Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate recruitment, with proven expertise in sourcing, hiring, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

· Source, screen, and recruit candidates for real estate roles

· Manage the full hiring cycle from job posting to onboarding

· Conduct interviews and coordinate offer negotiations

· Support background checks and hiring documentation

· Work closely with management to meet recruitment targets

· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience in Dubai.

· Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills

· Excellent communication skills in English and other language is advantage

· Ability to negotiate job offers and coordinate onboarding

· Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

· Knowledge of UAE HR laws and recruitment compliance
