HR Recruiter - English

We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Call Center Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you won’t just be "making calls", you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, serving as the bridge between talented individuals and their next career move.

Work Location: NAOS Recruitment office, Maadi, Cairo

Key Responsibilities

-- Conduct 50–80 outbound calls per day to prospective candidates from our internal database and job posts.

-- Perform initial phone interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations.

-- Source and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media platforms.

-- Coordinate and schedule follow-up interviews between qualified candidates and Senior Recruiters.

-- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

-- Provide a professional and engaging candidate experience that reflects our company values.

What You’ll Need (Requirements)

Education: Recent university graduates (any major) are encouraged to apply.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call center, outbound sales, or recruitment environment.

Language Proficiency: English B1+ or higher. You should be able to hold clear conversations and write professional emails.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "people-first" attitude.

Organization: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage a busy pipeline of candidates.

Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based incentives/bonuses.

-- Base Salary: 10,000 EGP Gross

-- Attendance & KPI bonus: 5,000 EGP Gross

Total: 15,000 EGP Gross

• 250 – 2000 EGP per successful hire (Paid upon candidate completion of the first month/probation).
• Social and Medical Insurance from Day 1.

Working hours & Days off

-- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (9 Hours total).

-- Break Time: 1-Hour flexible break included daily.

-- Working Days: Sunday – Thursday.

-- Fixed Weekends: Fridays and Saturdays off.
